Our careers have been built as specialists in live television, logistics, finance and fan experiences for all genres. Collectively, the team assembled has overseen thousands of hours of LIVE television programming and thousands of live consumer and fan facing events.
From the mailroom, to PM to Executive Producer, Producer to ABC SVP of Production and Dick Clark SVP of Production; the team has been involved in LIVE television production and fan experiences for over thirty years specializing in LIVE television music shows, award shows, extravaganzas, opening ceremonies, entertainment, sports and fan experiences.

Annually the collective team produces some of the most watched and highly attended LIVE music, entertainment, fan festivals and award shows including: The Academy Awards Pre-Show, The Grammys, The Academy of Country Music Awards, Billboard Music Awards, American Music Awards, CMT Country Music Awards, BET Awards and Fan Festival and numerous others.

As Founder and CEO of JLC, over the past two decades he has built his company from an idea to the premier live event provider in world, with clients that now include the Academy Awards, the Grammy Awards, Disney, Red Bull, HBO, the NBA, and the NFL.
Through Joe’s tireless efforts and investments in in-house technology and capabilities, today JLC is uniquely positioned to create the world’s most innovative broadcast and live event experiences for audiences that range from five to 500,00 people.

CLARK
R.A. Clark, the president and Emmy nominated executive producer of Lion’s Heart Entertainment, has produced the Academy of Country Music Awards since 1999.
R.A. was in his 20s when he started producing music-related series such as Puttin' on the Hits. In the decades that followed, he cultivated a reputation as among the most sought-after producers of live music programming in television, with more than one thousand hours of live event broadcasts to his credit.

His projects have included Grammy specials featuring the music of the Beatles, Frank Sinatra, Elton John, Prince, Bee Gees and Motown, plus Grammy and Oscar Red Carpets, Miss Universe & Miss USA Pageants.
In addition, he has worked on the Muscular Dystrophy Association Telecast, the 2013 and 2021 Presidential Inauguration Committee and has executive produced the Academy of Country Music Awards since 1999 including a series of all-star “ACM Presents” specials honoring George Strait, Brooks & Dunn, Lionel Richie and many others.
